Sizing is always difficult, so we've tried to establish sizes that match popular demand. Our numbers are standard, but feel free to make adjustments based on your audience or contact us for our opinion.
Screen printing is a common apparel decorating method and for good reason. This cost-effective option is perfect for long runs and sharp printing. Screen printing ink is applied thickly, though, which can result in brighter colors.
Direct to Garment
Direct to Garment printing allows us to print directly onto apparel with a printer, which makes it an ideal method for photo-realistic designs. This is a good option for projects that require short runs and full color.
Embroidery is a way to step up your apparel with impressive, detailed work. Embroidery works best with designs that have bold lines and large elements. If you think this might be the right fit for you, reach out to us! We are always happy to help.
Dye Sublimation & Custom Vinyl
Dye sublimation is a tried-and-true printing technique that provides full color and full coverage. This method allows us to use heat to transfer dye onto a wide range of materials, from plastic to fabric. The difference between dye sublimation and screen printing is that with this technique, the fabric absorbs the dye for a soft finish.
Custom vinyl allows you to print full color images onto lightweight vinyl for a precise, high-quality look. It is often used to print multi-colored, detailed designs. In this method, designs are printed onto a decal and then heat transferred onto garments. This is a good option for team uniforms that require different names and numbers.
It's your apparel, so why not use your label? Give us a logo to fit on an imprint area of 4.5" by 4.5", and we'll give you a retail-ready product.
If you want to completely brand your product, we can remove the manufacturer's label altogether and print or heat transfer a new label in its place. Keep in mind, this option is only available for screen printing and embroidery orders, and it may extend production time.
Custom hang tags can make your apparel stand out from the rest. They classically display logos, retail information, or care instructions, but we're all about out-of-the-box thinking, so don't feel limited by those options. If you are interested in hang tags, contact us with your ideal quantity, placement, and timing, and whether or not you will be providing them yourself.
Our heat-sealed polypropylene bags are 4 mil. Final pieces are 10×13", and you also have the option of adding stickers and cards inside. We can print these items for you, or you can send them to us.
