Screen printing is a common apparel decorating method, and for good reason. It Is a cost-effective option great for long runs and sharp printing. While this is a great option, it is important to note that with this method, ink is applied thickly, which can result in brighter colors.
We offer plastisol and water-based inks, and we also offer advice if you're not sure which one is best for you! We'll walk you through the entire process, making sure your every expectation is met and every color is matched.
Where you print is almost as important as what you print. You want to make sure that your designs are completely visible and not compromised. We offer printing in a number of locations, most commonly the ones listed below.
- Left Chest
- Center Chest
- Full Front
- Oversize Front
- Upper Back
- Full Back
If you are interested in printing somewhere not on this list, contact us today, and we'll be happy to work with you on finding the best option for your vision.
We can print on almost any type of garment, and we encourage you to explore all of your options. We do know a lot about screen printing, though, so we are always happy to offer you our professional recommendation for your specific project.
Number of Locations:
Printing in multiple locations is no problem, but keep in mind that each location will require a unique setup and run, which will factor into printing costs.
Number of Colors:
The number of colors in each design will also affect setup and timeline, so a single-color design will cost less than a multi-color design.
The quicker the turnaround, the more expensive your project will be. We recommend calling in as early as possible for the best price.
It's your project, so why not use your label? If you want to completely brand your product, we can remove the manufacturer's label altogether and print or heat transfer a new label in its place. This option is only available for screen printing or embroidery orders, and it will extend production time, so it is not available for rush orders.
